Linux Level 2/Level 3 Support Technician

The available positions are remote, part-time/full-time (20-40 hours per week). Salary is dependent on previous experience.

We are looking for candidates meeting the following requirements:
-> 18 or over.
-> experience with WHM/cPanel and providing technical support to people using it.
-> experience with WHM/cPanel and all its subsystems (Apache, Exim, MySQL, PHP, etc.).
-> experience with domains topics, SSLs topics, shared/reseller hosting topics, including troubleshooting basic website problems and e-mail issues.

You are also expected to possess the following:
-> high Speed internet connection.
-> phone for urgencies.
-> multi-task ability.
-> fluent in English ( written and oral ).
-> being responsible even if it is a remote job.
-> very good communicator and able to follow instructions.
