This agreement shall become effective as of the date of the activation of your account with Late Hosting Ltd.

The services provided are operated by Late Hosting Ltd ( "we", "our" or "us"). Our registered office and main trading address is at Advantage Business Centre, 132-134 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester, M4 6DE, UK.

1) Money Back Guarantee
Each of our SSLs, shared and reseller hosting packages carry a 7 days unconditional money back guarantee on them. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of service, you will receive a full refund as soon as this is requested to our billing department. There is NO money back gurantee policy/refund for domains.

2) 99.9% Uptime Guarantee
If your services with us has a psysical downtime that is not within the 99.9% uptime limit you may receive one month free. The free month can be requested by contacting our billing department and the approval is at our discretion. The uptime of our main servers is defined as the reported uptime from the OS and our own monitoring system, which might differ from the uptime reported by other monitoring services.

3) Backups and/or Data Loss
The use of the service is at your sole risk. We run and keep daily, weekly and monthly backups, however we recommend you to keep your own backups also as the backup service is provided to you as a courtesy and it is free. Late Hosting Ltd is not responsible for files and/or data lost.

4) Content on our servers
Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. Any account found to be in violation of anothers copyright will be removed, or access to the material disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our servers.
All services provided by Late Hosting Ltd may only be used for lawful purposes. We will not tolerate materials on our servers like: IRC Scripts, IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts, Anonymizers Scripts, IP Scanners, Bruteforce Scripts, Spamming Scripts, Mailers Scripts, HYIP Scritps, Warez/Pirated/Illegal content etc ( any illegal content ).
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate any account that we might found illegal and also illegal files can be removed without any notice.

5) Resource Usage
You will have to remember that you are on a shared environment, so a high resources usage for a long period of time by you or your customers will not be tolerated. Accounts that are harming our servers will be notified to resolve the issue as long as the harm is not serious. If that is the case, account might get suspended until issue is fixed.

6) Cancellations
Cancellations requests have to be made before account is overdue in order to be accepted. Overdue cancellations requests will not be accepted until the invoices are cleared.
Late Hosting Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend or restrict access to the account at any time with or without any notice.

7) Price Change
The amount you pay for your products can be increase from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices listed on our website, www.latehosting.com, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

8) Disclaimer
We shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We will never make any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.

9) Terms of Services
Late Hosting Ltd reserves the right to modify its policies and rules at any time without notice.
